Adam Gericke

Adam Gericke

Adam Gericke is a yoga teacher and practitioner living in Los Angeles, CA, who brings hatha vinyasa yoga together with the joy and devotion of bhakti yoga. He leads a heart centered yoga practice, meditation classes, and kirtan. He began his yoga journey with Yogamaya New York and is heavily inspired by the teachers at the Bhakti Center NY - Rhadanath Swami and Kaustubah Das.

He has also studied with and sat in kirtan with Bhagavan Das, Jai Uttal, and Govindas. For the last 8 years he has taught yoga and led kirtan full time in Los Angeles while hosting local and international retreats. When he isn’t teaching, you can find Adam in the kitchen or catering an event with his company Common Good Hospitality, or hiking SoCal with his husband Blake and dog Frances.

Piper Sandifer

Piper’s life transformed when she discovered yoga, using it as a powerful tool to overcome depression and pain. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she is the founder and academic director of Global Soul Yoga, where she has trained hundreds of teachers and consulted for numerous studios. Piper blends multiple yoga lineages into dynamic and uplifting classes, inspiring a global and soulful way of living. A devoted practitioner, wife, and mother of three, she balances running multiple businesses with a daily yoga and meditation practice that fosters healing and spiritual growth.

As a retired Dancer of stage, film and television for 15 + yrs. throughout my career I was exposed to Yoga and would practice when I could in between dance jobs. It helped me to maintain and balance Mind, Body and Spirit. In time I truly fell in love with the practice. It not only replaced dance for me and healed me from some curve balls life tends to throw, it lead me to understanding my passion, my purpose. Yoga not only for me but for others I have witnessed has proven to be life changing physically, mentally and emotionally. For me… I cannot live without my Faith or my Yoga and being able to spread this wealth of knowledge and experience is a dream come true.
